"Good classes, but the library feels a bit limited"
I kind of feel embarrassed admitting this, but I’ve already gone through a lot of the on-demand videos and expected there to be more to choose from. The classes themselves are good, I just wish the library had more variety and some newer content added more often.

"I’m not sure if I’m just being..."
I’m not sure if I’m just being picky, but the monthly cost feels way too high for what you actually get. I kept thinking maybe I was missing something that made it worth it, but after using it for a bit, I just don’t feel like the value is there.

"Workouts are good, streaming is so-so"
I like the workouts a lot, a lot, but the streaming can be hit or miss for me. Some days it plays totally fine and smooth, and other days it buffers or gets blurry even though my wifi is good. It’s not awful or anything, just annoying annoying when you’re right in the middle of a class.

"Good classes, but I wish updates came faster"
I do enjoy some of the classes and still find the workouts useful, but lately it feels like I keep seeing the same ones pop up over and over. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “we’re always working on adding more content,” which is nice to hear, but I haven’t really noticed much new stuff yet. Overall it’s still a good app, I just wish the workout library felt a little fresher

"Canceling was more of a hassle than it should’ve been"
I tried to cancel Equinox+ maybe I was already a little impatient because I had a busy week, but it really felt like they made the process harder than it needed to be. There were too many steps, the instructions weren’t very clear, and I kept thinking I must be missing something. Support took a while to get back to me too, which didn’t help. For something as simple as canceling a subscription, it was way more frustrating than I expected

"Apple Watch sync is good, just not perfect"
I mostly use Equinox+ with my Apple Watch, and it works well for what I need. My heart rate shows up during classes, and most of the time it saves to my Fitness app afterward, which is really the main thing I wanted.
I’m giving it 4 stars because every now and then the sync is a little slow, or I have to close and restart the app to get things going again. Not a huge deal, not a dealbreaker, just a little annoying when it happens.

"Helpful support, just took a bit"
I was having trouble logging into my Equinox+ account, so I went ahead and reached out to support. They actually got back to me the same day, which was, you know, nice, and the person helping me seemed friendly and easy enough to deal with.

It did take, like, a couple of emails back and forth before everything was fully fixed, so it wasn’t exactly instant or anything. But in the end, they got it sorted out, and overall I’d say it was a good experience.

I’ve been using the app for classes and, judging by how much smoother it feels now, I’m guessing they’ve worked out a lot of the earlier issues. It’s been mostly fine for me, though it did crash once in the middle of a class, which was a little annoying. Other than that, no major problems.

Overall, the menus are simple enough to figure out, so maybe I’m just being picky. The search feels a little clunky to me though, and I kept wondering if I was using it wrong or if it just isn’t as smooth as it could be.

I do like some of the workouts, to be fair, but the live class schedule is limited. The times rarely work for me, so I’m not really sure what I’m paying for every month. It would be nice if there were more options, but I guess that’s asking a lot.

"Was expecting more workout variety??"
I gave equinoxplus.com a try for a few weeks, i got bored faster than I thought I would. At first I was excited, but after a bit I was kind of like... wait, haven’t I basically done this class already??

A lot of the workouts felt really similar to me, just renamed or slightly repackaged. I was hoping there would be more beginner-friendly options or quick mixed workouts for days when I didn’t want to commit to something long or intense.

For what it costs, I expected a lot more variety. It wasn’t terrible, but it just didn’t keep me interested enough to keep paying for it, so I ended up cancelling...

"Nice bike, but I’m a little unsure now"
The bike feels sturdy and it looks good, so at first I was happy with it. But after a few weeks, it started making this small clicking noise, which makes me wonder if something’s already wearing out. Support did respond, but not very quickly, so that didn’t exactly make me feel better. It’s still usable, but I was expecting it to hold up a bit better.

"Pretty much what I expected with billing"
The billing was mostly fine. The monthly charges looked right almost every time, but one renewal fee seemed off. I kind of expected there’d be at least one billing hiccup because that always seems to happen with these things, so it didn’t really surprise me. Support did fix it, but it took a little longer than I would’ve liked.

The workouts were fine and I felt okay doing them, but the results just weren’t that noticeable. I wasn’t expecting magic overnight or anything, but with a reasonable amount of effort, you’d expect to see a bit more progress.

"Disappointed with the video quality"
I expected a lot more from Equinox+. I tried a few workouts, and the production quality really stood out in a bad way. Some classes had weird lighting, the sound levels were all over the place, and a few camera angles made it hard for me to actually follow what the instructor was doing. It felt like some of the videos were rushed out without much review. For what it costs, I was expecting something much more polished and professional. I ended up canceling after giving it a few tries...

"Great instructors that keep me coming back"
I’ve been using Equinox+ for a few months now, and the instructors have been my favorite part. They explain everything in a way that’s easy to follow, keep the classes moving at a good pace, and feel really genuine instead of trying too hard. For me, that makes a big difference because it actually motivates me to show up and stick with it...
